When I first came to Hank’s Haven from the shelter, everyone hoped I’d soon find my forever home. But, as it turns out, I’ve got a few quirks that make me a bit of a unique guy, and finding the right fit wasn’t so easy.

While I waited with my foster mom for that perfect match, life threw me a few curveballs. I began suffering from seizures, and more recently, I developed some pancreatic issues that require careful management. Because of that, it was decided I’d officially stay on as one of Hank’s sanctuary dogs — living my best life right where I’m most comfortable, surrounded by love (and snacks, of course).

To keep me healthy and feeling good, I’m on:
 Phenobarbital to control my seizures — about $30/month
 Royal Canin Gastrointestinal food — up to $80 per bag
