Hey! Finley here! I am a very large guy, about 100lbs. I am 95% a loving guy who wants to play and go for walks. The other 5%, well I have some problems with separation anxiety and resource guarding. My previous family had a trainer come in and said that I need consistent training and it will take time and a strong leader to work through this. Due to my resource guarding no young kids for me. I also don't like being brushed. I was good for the groomer but maybe the easiest way will be to keep my fur cut short so I don't need that daily brushing. I can be a goofy fun loving guy and you have to admit that I am handsome. Due to my XL size I need someone who is physically strong enough to walk me. I actually think that I take advantage of my size to try to get my own way. In my foster home I have people home all day and I also have other dogs to match my energy and playstyle, this has helped with my anxiety immensely. So it is very important for me to go to a family where someone is home the majority of the time and also another dog or 2 to keep me busy. I have seen a cat and I was a little too interested... I think a home without cats is better for me I am neutered, microchipped and up to date on my vaccines.
