Hi my name is Lady, and I’m ready for my furever home. I am approximately 1 years old, up to date on my vaccines, microchipped, weigh 60 lbs and I am being spayed soon. I’m currently living with my foster family and it is a busy place, they have a dog that loves to play and is always jumping all over me. I’m not really into that but I don’t get upset with her when she wants to play. Laid back and cuddling my people is what I prefer and there are a lot of people to love. There is an 8 year old boy that I currently live with, and I LOVE him. Yes, he can be loud and moves pretty quickly, but as soon as he sits down, that’s where I want to be. He gives the best belly rubs. I love all the people I live with, I’m really not bias, and you can tell by my wiggly bum (watch out for my tail). I am currently working on basic commands, but it’s a slow go. I’m house trained for the most part, I may have a few accidents in a new home, but I’m so cute I hope you’ll forgive me. I’ve gone for a lot of walks outside, this snow and cold are something I’m getting used to, as I just arrived a few weeks ago from Georgia. I like to explore and enjoy being outside, but I let me nose lead the way, and can tend to be all over the place. I’m eager to please, so a little correction will go a long way. When I met other dogs on the street, I say hello with a sniff or two and am on my way. The crate is not my favourite place. I will go in with some encouragement and a treat or two, but I haven’t been sleeping in there. I really like to sleep where my people are. I haven’t shown any destructive behaviour, so I’ve been given free reign of the house so far. The food and the treats are where it’s at. I haven’t shown any signs of food or toy aggression, but I will eat all the food if there is another pup who isn’t fast enough to get theirs. My foster peeps tell me that I’m the cuddliest lapdog around. If you’re looking for a new pal, who will follow you everywhere, I’m your gal.
